TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Advertising & Logo artwork, designs, colour separation and film production are to be provided in Ai and pdf format at the Exhibitor’s cost.
PAYMENT POLICY/TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The sponsorship fee is to be paid within 14 days upon receipt of the invoice. If you need a PO number on invoice, kindly advise in advance.
2. Exhibitors are responsible for all bank transfer fees of the remitting, intermediary and receiving banks.
3. Please ensure that the Invoice Number and Company Name are stated on the telegraphic transfer slip or payment advice emailed to the MSAI Secretariat.
4. Appropriate Invoice / Receipt will be sent to the Exhibitors upon receipt of booking and payment respectively.
5. No cancellation is allowed after confirmation and payment has been received.
6. Please make all payments including the bank charges, to PERSATUAN ALERGI & IMUNOLOGI MALAYSIA or Malaysian Society of Allergy and Immunology’ upon confirmation of your participation.
